Educating, empowering, and motivating our youth is the process of enabling and authorizing them to
think, behave, take action, and become better along with decision making in autonomous ways. It is the
state of feeling self-empowered to take control of one's own destiny.
OURMISSION
The mission of The Gentlemen and Ladies Academy of Leadership and Excellence is to prepare students
to be successful within school and the competitive world by providing a quality education in a safe and
effective learning environment with a rigorous academic approach as well as instruction in arts, physical
fitness, and leadership. Our primary objective is to instill in our students a commitment to high
academic achievement, continual goal setting, and principles of personal success.

Our vision is to transform young boys and girls into gentlemen and ladies by focusing on positive
character development, personal growth, and inter-generational interaction while enhancing our
programs and facilities to meet the changing needs and interests of our youth.

Our purpose at The Gentlemen and Ladies Academy is to inspire and motivate positive character
development in young boys and girls that fosters their transformation into gentlemen and ladies who, because of our programs, go on to become influential leaders among their peers and in their
communities.
We are here to transform the world one gentleman and one lady at a time.
Since the founding of The Gentlemen and Ladies Academy, we have played a major role in the
transformation of boys and girls into gentlemen and ladies through our exceptionally structured
program. Our objective is to strengthen youth through our three core principles: Empower, Educate, and Motivate. It is our belief that these principles will enable them to become an even greater asset to their families as well as their community.
The Gentlemen and Ladies Academy is a resource for youth working towards becoming great leaders of the future. The Gentlemen and Ladies Academy connects youth with skills necessary for their betterment while empowering their lives. The Gentlemen and Ladies Academy works to improve the overall educational experience of the students, parents, and staff of schools through special benefits and efforts that cater to them.
The Gentlemen and Ladies Academy’s programs are more than worksheets. Our mentorship is rigorous because we want to be a partner in education ensuring that all students are college and career ready in literacy well before the end of high school.
